Here at BirdSong Boutique, our #1 goal is to make you happy & give you the highest level of customer service. If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, we want to know so we can fix that!

In Store Purchases:

All items purchased in store may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with a receipt.

Merchandise that has been used & washed may NOT be returned or exchanged. 

Intimates, swimwear, clearance items, and items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Online Orders:

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in the mail. If you think that you've received a defective item, or it is broken, please contact our Customer Service Team within 7 business days of receiving your order.

If you received an incorrect order are missing items from your order, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible so we can get that straightened out for you right away!

Here’s a snapshot of our rules and procedures for returns:

  • If you are unhappy with the items you purchased, they can be returned for store credit, or a refund of your original purchase amount. 
  • If any of your items are damaged, please let us know immediately. We will issue a return shipping label via email and will happily exchange or refund your damaged item(s).
  • All returns must be received within 30 days* of the date that we ship out your order.
  • Include your return form and original receipt. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)
  • Shipping (when applicable) is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
  • Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at the store.

*Please allow 5-10 days for package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 30 day window.


If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or piece, please indicate that on the return form. An exchange order for the new size or item will be processed and shipped out to you within 5-7 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address on the original order. Please note that the exchange is subject to availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when we receive your return, we will process the return as a gift card code.

Return Policy

We know that ordering things online can be risky & scary since you can’t touch or see the items or try anything on, and because of that we try our best to be very return-friendly. However, there are certain rules that have in place so that we can help you out!

  • Any items you purchased must be returned within 30 days of shipping.

Hassle-Free Returns

We’ve worked really hard to try and make the returns process as simple as we can to keep you happy!

Please take a peek at the process below so that you’ll know just what to expect:

  1. Fill out the return form included with your order and slip it into the package with your original receipt and the item you are returning. We’ll take it from there! Don’t forget that your original shipping cost (if applicable) is non-refundable.
  2. Once the postman drops your return off at our store, we will unpack it and put all of your information into the system as quickly as possible! Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your exchange /or refund to be issued.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

Sometimes something happens and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! We would hate to have packed your order & you’re not happy.

Adding Items to an Order You Just Placed

Have you just submitted your order and then you saw a pair of earrings that you had to have? Well, we have been there, done that!

First, please Customer Service Team contact us immediately! We may be able to add the item to your existing order, but only if we have not already processed your order (usually within 2-4 hours). We cannot add additional items to your order once it has been processed.

If you miss that window, simply place a new order for your can’t miss item, and, as long as it’s within 24 hours of your previous order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to ship it out with your first order. Just email us at  Customer Service Team and include both order numbers in your message.

Free Shipping- We are happy to provide free shipping on all US orders! Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Once processed, your new goodies will arrive within 3-5 business days.

**Expedited 2 Day Shipping- We ship using USPS & UPS. Please allow us 1-2 business days to process your order. Once processed, your goodies will arrive within 2 days. Please note that delays on shipping due to weather, or delays due to USPS/UPS exceptions are beyond our control. Shipping charges are non refundable. 

**Next Day Shipping- Place your order by 1pm EST , & we will ship it the same business day. Your new goodies will arrive the next business day. Orders placed after 1pm, will ship out the next business day & arrive the following business day. Our business days are Monday-Friday; weekends & holidays are NOT included in delivery times. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Free Local Pickup- We are pleased to offer free local pickup (curbside) at our Macon, GA location. If you place your order before 1pm EST, it will be ready that same day. Once your order is ready, we'll call you. Upon arrival, please call (478) 259-0854 to let us know you are here & we will bring your order to your car.

International Shipping Rates

We are currently offering international shipping to the following countries:

  • Canada, Ireland, Germany, France, New Zealand, Australia, Switzerland, & the United Kingdom.

We ship all international orders DDU (delivered duty unpaid) and do not collect any taxes or customs fees.

The customer is responsible for any and all international duties, customs, and taxes or any other related charges. Please check with your post office regarding any fees associated with receiving your package before you place an order!

International Processing Times

Standard Orders
For standard international shipping: Once your order is successfully submitted, our fabulous customer service team works hard to get your order packed and ready to ship to you within 2 business days.

Then, the mail carrier will come and pick up your order & it should be in your hands in 3 to 21 additional business days based on the shipping method you chose at checkout!

Please note that this delivery window is an estimate and, depending on customs for your country, your package may be delayed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

If you have a user account, you can check the status of your order at anytime. If your order status reads "Open," then your order has been successfully submitted. If your order status reads "Shipped," your order is prepared for shipment and you will see the delivery tracking number assigned to your order.

If you don’t have a user account, please get in touch with us & we will help locate your tracking info & help you. Be sure to have your order number and the name used to place the order handy when you call!
