2t Patchwork Dancing Beat Skirt

Sweet patchwork skirt. I made this with upcycled Carter's jeans size 2t. 

I hand embroidery stitched a dancing bear patch and two flowers. 

Patchwork skirt features Dr. Seuss, vintage Love and red, blue,green cotton. 

Finished with a green ruffle.
