4t 5t Paisley Space Turtle Skirt

Beautiful one of a kind skirt.

I made this with pretty starry sky cotton, vintage satin ribbon, vintage daisy print , light mint green cotton and a paisley turtle applique.

Adjustable design features elastic waist and a hand woven cotton drawstring. 

Waist expands fro. 22 to 29 inches. Skirt measures 14.5 inches long. 

Fits size 4 t thru 6.
